Virtual care is not recommended for medical emergencies, life-threatening conditions, or situations requiring physical examinations or in-person procedures. In such cases, please visit an urgent care center or call 911.

You can cancel your telehealth appointment without extra charges if you do so at least 24 to 48 hours in advance. If you cancel late or miss your appointment, a cancellation fee may apply.
